Company registration in Malaysia, Malaysia Work Permit for businessman has become very simple and easy now.

From 15th April, 2014 apply Malaysian Work Permit through Malaysian Immigration website online. Immigration Malaysia has introduced ONLINE DP10 Work Permit Application System. No need to hire any “Flying Agent“. Now you can apply Malaysian Work Permit Online. Just you need to have a Company with at least RM1 million PAID UP CAPITAL (for all lawful business activities), a physical office with fixed phone line and Signboard permission (PBT). Malaysian Immigration Department always encourage Foreigner Investors who want to contribute in Malaysian economy.

What is a Professional Work Permit Visa or DP10 Visa?

Many foreigners, specially from India, Bangladesh, Iran and Pakistan come to Malaysia to start their business. But most of them cannot find the right person or company to assist them to get their Work Permit done in the time limit. Most of them meet the “Flying Agents” who meet the clients in “Restaurants” and offer the clients very attractive prices for new company registration in Malaysia. Even such “Flying Agents” don’t have any office or any license and they take the money from innocent Foreigners and disappear!. We always advise Foreigners to be very careful about such “Flying Agents” who don’t have any office or any license. Even most of such “Flying Agents” don’t have legal visa to stay in Malaysia. They come to Malaysia on visit visa and become agents to cheat innocent Foreigners.

Normally the easy target of these “Flying Agents” are those innocent foreigners who come from their own home country and they speak their own country language.

How to Start the Process?

You can start the process from your home country. Simply CLICK HERE to start the process.

Alternatively, when you visit Malaysia, set an appointment with QADKAM consultants and may start the process in your own presence in Malaysia. If you need to apply Malaysia visit visa from your home country to come to Malaysia, QADKAM may send you Malaysian Business Visa invitation letter. For Business Visa invitation letter, simply contact QADKAM.

We always recommend the Foreigners to hire Professional and Licensed company to incorporate your new company in Malaysia. We have tracked the success rate of many companies and have found QADKAM Worldwide the BEST option for Foreigners. QADKAM Worldwide is a leading Malaysian relocation company. This company has a very sound track record of successful clients from all over the world including Australia, Ireland, South Africa, Nigeria, Sri Lanka, Iran, India, Bangladesh and Pakistan. You may contact QADKAM Worldwide by quoting “MalaysianWorkPermit.com” and may get discount on new company registration in Malaysia. This is also the fastest way to get the guidelines to apply any type of Business License in DBKL or MPAJ. QADKAM Worldwide is the key partner of “Come and Invest in Malaysia” campaign and regular organizer of Business Promotional Seminars. QADKAM Worldwide is the first Licensed Malaysian relocation and business consultancy company having very strong presence in Iran, India, Bangladesh and Pakistan.

Remember: Sole proprietor,  Ready Made or Shelf Company and a Company with only Authorized Capital is NOT entitled for “Work Permits”.

Save your Time and Money…Always consult with the licensed professionals!

To be saved from “Flying Agents”, BEFORE you hire any one’s services in Malaysia, necessary to check:

Ask the person/company to show whether they are licensed Company Secretary or not! You can check this from any company which they have incorporated before. Ask them to show the documents of any company which they have incorporated before this..and then see what is written on {Documents Lodged By:} a space provided on bottom of Form24 or Form49 of EVERY COMPANY in Malaysia. If there, you find their company name (the company who is claiming you that they can register your company with paid up capital) go ahead BUT if you don’t find their company name on this space {Documents Lodged By:} It means the person/company you are dealing is just a “Middleman” company or “Flying Agent”!
Furthermore; According to Government of Malaysia’s rules, ONLY Malaysian citizen can be the “Company Secretary” so if you are dealing with any “Foreigner” (may be from your own home country) then it means you are dealing with an “AGENT”…not with a “Company Secretary” of a “Company Secretarial Company”. Be careful to be the victim! Contact your embassy in Kuala Lumpur and ask how many people from your country have become the victim of such “Agents” who normally belong to client’s own home country.

For working and settling in Malaysia we have suggested the best and leading Government of Malaysia licensed company dealing with company registration in Malaysia which also assists the clients for complete business setup in Malaysia. After registering Malaysian company, you may apply your Work Permits (Expatriate Visas). The Company guarantees a 100 percent Approval from SSM in 5-7 working days. Once your company is registered then you may come to Malaysia to find a “Physical Office/Shop” to start your business in Malaysia.

Before connecting you to QADKAM, we would like you to read about the Professional Work Permit and also the benefits of applying for it. This consultancy is simply free of cost.

FAQ’S

Can I register my own Company in Malaysia?

Yes, now you have an opportunity to register your own company in Malaysia. Legally, without any “Local Malaysian Director”, simply saying a “100% Foreign Owned Company”!. But the minimum paid up capital (CASH) MUST be RM 500,000 on which you may apply your director visa. This detail appears on Section “D” of Form 24 of SSM Forms. But have in mind that It must be clearly written that RM500,000 is “FULLY PAID Up or ISSUED. Cheaters just show RM 500,000 in the “AUTHORIZED Capital” column which DOES NOT means that it is CASH and fully paid up.

For example Australia issues a 3 months visa for a Working Individual in Malaysia to explore and find a job there. Many Malaysian Companies have branches in Western and Far East Countries, therefore an employee can request for a transfer to another branch in USA, UK, Canada or Australia. This widens the horizons for an individual who in the long run is planning to settle in the West and working in Malaysia for the short run.

hello i am on a professional visa and its my 1st year do i have to pay tex for the 1st year or it starts from next year.

    • admin says:

shamber>> You need to pay tax (PCB) every month (not yearly). For this, you need to open tax file in LHDN and then start paying PCB (monthly tax based on your monthly salary). Have in mind, PCB is the tax which you need to show for extension of your visa.
For tax file opening in Malaysia, you may contact QADKAM office or assistance.

    Hi,
I am working for an Indian firm into medtech group, my company is keen to relocate me to Malaysia, we have our channel partners in KL, I wanted to know the simplest process of work visa application.
Our company doesnt wants to open a company in Malaysia, due to management decisions.
In this case, how should i process.

    • admin says:

Ajinkya>> There is no “simplest process” in Malaysia for work permit. Work Permit can be applied only by a “Company”. No individual can apply at own. What type of your company is which want to “relocate” to Malaysia but does not to register itself! Or else, may be you just need a work permit then you can find any “agent” which may be very risky. Alternatively, you may contact QADKAM for assistance in applying work permit under their own company.
      Cheers!

    Dear Sir,
I am from Bangladesh. I stay in Malaysia under DP10 (Cat I) and my wife & daughter also stay as my dependent. My visa is going to expire in August 2016 & I will renew after that. But my wife & daughter visa is going to expire in May 2016. Because they could not get whole 2 yrs visa due to there passport expiry on that time. Now how can I renew their visa before renew my own visa ? Kindly advise.

    • admin says:

Alam>> Your Dependents are attached to your work permit. If your work permit is near to expire, your dependents will also NOT get extension. You need to extend your work permit first then only you can extend the dependents pass. Alternatively you may visit Immigration office for exact information.

For your own extension; please bear in mind. Now, to extend your work permit, your company must be having “ESD Online” account..means your company must be registered with ESD immigration website. So, start your work permit extension process now so that if your company needs to be registered with ESD, it could be done well in time otherwise, your can be over stay if your company is not registered with ESD till your work permit expiry date.
For further assistance, you may contact QADKAM office in KL.

        • admin says:

Md.Akramul Haque>> If your work permit is already approved and you have applied VDR (visa with reference) and have enclosed a “Sealed Envelop” sent to you from Immigration Department then there is no need to worry. There is NO ban from Immigration Department on Bangladeshi Passport. Make sure you really received the approval of your work permit which comes in a “Sealed Envelop” which is required to submit to Malaysian High Commission to get VDR.
You may check your visa approval from Malaysian Immigration Department website by entering your employer company number in search box tool.
          Cheers

Hi, i have a friend who is a Japanese working in Malaysia. Her boss doesn’t like her and terminate her contract and want to cancel her EP. The boss asked for her passport to do the cancellation but my friend refused to give.
The EP expires end of this year.
Can my friend still stay in Malaysia until the EP expires even though contract has been terminated?
What would be the impact or potential action by the employer?

    Thank you

    • admin says:

Kay>>Employer may send the request to immigration department for the cancellation of EP after terminating the contract. If the employer company has ESD website online access or the company is I.T company, then the work permit cancellation request can be submitted online.

      • Kay says:

        Thank you for your reply.
If my friend give the passport to the employer to do the EP cancellation, can my friend still stay in Malaysia after the cancellation?
I was told that she has to leave Malaysia after EP cancellation. Can she just fly to Singapore/ Thailand and come back the next day if that’s the case? Thank you very much

        • admin says:

Kay>>once the EP is cancelled she has to leave the country within time limit otherwise she will be considered illegal/overstay. After cancellation of EP she can enter again in Malaysia on social visit and can be given a social visit pass (tourist visa) on arrival. Why not you suggest her to apply work permit through any other company? If interested, you may get assistance from QADKAM Worldwide for applying work permit.

    Dear QADKAM,

I am a civil engineer freshly graduated from INTI International University, Malaysia. I have lived in Malaysia for the past 4 years. Recently I have been looking for a job to settle down in Malaysia. A few of the companies had been considering to accept me but they are inexperienced in applying a working permit for me. Thus, this has been an encumbrance for me to proceed on to the next chapter of my life-stepping into the working society. I am determined to work in Malaysia and I would really appreciate it if you could lend a helpful hand by giving me a guidance on how to apply a working permit successfully as an engineer so that I am able to work in the Malaysia companies. I would really appreciate that. Thank you.

    Yours sincerely,

I am an India, I completed my Mechanical Engineering and I have experience of 2 years and 8 months and my age is 25 years will I be fit for DP10 and what will be process timing? Kindly reply.

    • admin says:

Prathap>> Please have in mind. There is NO any category of work permit in Malaysia which you can apply at your own on basis of your qualification/skill. Only your employer company can apply work permit or alternatively you can register your own company and then may apply work permit as “Company Director”. There is no special category of Malaysian Work Permit purely for skilled person as in Australia or Canada.
But QADKAM Worldwide may assist you in getting work permit through it’s I.T company in Malaysia, if you fulfil the requirements.

hi if my employer ceases my employment and my work permit expires how many days may I stay in Malaysia to finalise my personal matters before having to leave?

    • admin says:

raja>> You legal in Malaysia till exactly the date of your work permit. You can check this date from the work permit sticker. Once it’s expire and even then you remain in Malaysia, you will considered ILLEGAL and will be charged with “Overstay” penalty. There is only one option, you could apply “Special Pass” BEFORE the expiry date of your current work permit. If you did not get “Special Pass”, then you are ILLEGAL in Malaysia. jeffrey>> If you want to apply US visa then you need to follow the guidelines for Foreigners to apply US visa. US visa has nothing to do with your current visa status unless you meet other requirements set by the US embassy Kuala Lumpur. Please have in mind, every country has it’s own visa policy. Only citizens of Malaysia have different criteria but for Foreigners it depends on the actual nationality of the applicant.

    • admin says:

Faisal>> Normally, once DP10 is approved, it’s VDR can be obtained in just 3 working days. If it is delayed, it means Immigration Department is investigating how it was approved. Because, in these days, if you apply DP10 visa through 3rd party (Flying Agents), it is almost impossible to get the DP10 sticker. This is the reason, we always urge the foreigners to be careful from “Flying Agents”. The easiest way to settle in Malaysia is; register your company in Malaysia, start business and get your DP10 visa pasted on your passport…that’s it!
QADKAM may assist you in getting DP10 visa in just few days through the legal process.

Sethi>>You can buy any type of business if you have a company in Malaysia. But getting work permit is subject to some conditions set by immigration department. To get work permit, your company must have at least RM1 Million Paid up capital…and also the license according to the activities of your company. If there are such activities entered in your company’s Memorandum which requires more licenses then your work permit application can be REJECTED if you apply work permit without those licenses. That’s why, we always recommend to register your company through company secretary who understand Immigration matters more than company formation!

    • admin says:

Md. Jobear Ahmed>> Plz have in mind…unlike Australia or Canada, there is NO work permit category in Malaysia which is specially designed for “Skilled” or Highly Talented professionals. It means, you there is NO any category of work permit which you can apply at your own. You can apply Malaysian Work Permit ONLY if you get a job in Malaysian company which is willing to pay you at least RM5000/per month Salary. Then only your employer company can apply work permit for you. Please visit the following link for Work Permit related important updates:
      Malaysia JOBs & Work Permit
Finding a such job is very difficult while sitting overseas. Then only option remains; Register your own company in Malaysia (with at least RM1 million CASH paid up capital) and then apply work permit under your own company as “Company Director”. This is the only option to get Malaysian Work Permit/Professional Employment Pass easily. QADKAM may assist you to register a company with RM1 million PAID UP capital in just 3 to 5 working days.

Am Rajeswari.i have dependent pass in Malaysia but I willing to work in Malaysia.so how to apply for employment pass in Malaysia

    • admin says:

rajeswari p>> If you already have “Dependent Pass”, no need to apply “EP” (Employment Pass, commonly known as DP10 visa). What we recommend, you simply ask your prospective employer to give a written “Offer Letter” for the job which you intend to start with. Go to DP10 section of Immigration Department in Putra Jaya and ask the Immigration Department to fix an “Endorsement” of “Permitted to Work” in your passport. Actually “Dependent Pass” holders are allowed to enter into paid employment but just an “Endorsement” is required from Immigration Department which is granted “FREE” of charge.

    Hello and Good day!

Me and my friends had an interview(February 11, 2014) for a Malaysian Employer (Hotel/Hospitality Industry) under an agency. And after the interview we got hired by the company. We finished all our requirements around March 13 2014. And our agency told us that it will be a 6-8weeks process and until now we don’t get any reply or updates from them with regards to our DP10 visa status.
What can you say or recommend on what we are going to do with this situation?

    Your help is much appreciated.

    Thank you!

  • Herpreet says:

    Hello Admin
Am form india I have visitor visa in Malisaya I stay in hotel can i apply any type of work permit visa in Malisaya and how ……. and what is total cost of apply

    • admin says:

Herpreet>> You can NOT apply “general category” work permit (plantation, construction work permit etc..) while you are already in Malaysia. For such type of work permits, the applicant MUST BE OUT OF MALAYSIA. So, be careful form “Flying Agents” who may make many promises to you in this regard.

The only option is; you register your own company and then apply work permit as “Company Director”/DP10 visa Malaysia which is such work permit which you can apply EVEN if you are already in Malaysia. Such work permit may cost you around RM8000 (Company Registration with RM1 million Authorized/paid up capital) + Office rent+Phoneline+sign board (RM6000). In RM8000+6000 you will be able to apply your DP10 visa from your own company as “Company Director” which also entitles you to bring your immediate family members (wife, under 21 aged children and parents) on Dependent Pass.
You may contact QADKAM Worldwide for further assistance.

    Reply

    • admin says:

reza>> You can change your visit pass into “DP10” easily by paying RM500 fee to immigration department (Journey Performed visa), once your DP10 is approved. If any Malaysian company hires then why you have to pay for the process, your employer company should pay the charges. But if you are buying work permit then it means the company will be charging you too much even such work permits become “a useless sticker” when Immigration Police catches. You must be genuine employee of the company, getting at least RM5000 Salary/per month OR you register your own company in Malaysia and then apply your work permit (DP10 Visa) from your own company as “Company Director”. This is the best and easiest way to settle in Malaysia. The people who buy work permits through “Flying Agents” are always in trouble. Even now a days, immigration department continuously raid on such people who are not genuine employee but having work permits.

DP10 Work Permits are ALWAYS issued to employees or to the Owners of the company. Employees are those who get minimum RM5000 salary per month. So, if you are NOT a GENUINE employee and you are NOT getting any salary from the company, it means you are BUYING work permit from “Flying Agents”. You will be in trouble whenever you are caught by the police. Because EVERY work permit sticker has the address and designation on it. If you will be working some where other than the company and address mentioned on the Work Permit sticker, you will be sent to the jail followed by the deportation. • admin says:

Furqan>> You must surrender to Immigration Department…pay the overstay fine and go back to Pakistan. You are NOT only one…there are many specially from Pakistan who are cheated by the “Flying Agents”. Most of these “Flying Agents” are from Pakistan and they cheat their own Pakistanis. We always advise to contact “Licensed Professionals”.

Remember…ONLY Malaysian citizen can be the “Company Secretary” who can assist you to register company/business setup. NO FOREIGNER can be the “Company Secretary”. If you deal with any Foreigner, it means you are dealing with and Agent!

To avoid from further cheating, it’s better go back home safely!

Please be very careful from “Flying Agents” who can be even from your own home country. Never deal with unauthorized people. Getting DP10 work permit is very simple, if you follow immigration laws otherwise NO ONE CAN HELP you.
The simple procedure is; Register your own company by showing RM1million cash (paid up capital). QADKAM lawyers will help you to incorporate the company without any problem…just in 3 to 5 days. This is the top most important phase of applying Malaysian work permit as “Company Director”. Now, you simple need to arrange a “Physical Office” or “Shop” for your newly incorporated company and install a phone line in your office/shop. If you follow QADKAM consultant advise, you can do all these in just a week..and your office will be ready!
Now, get the sign board permission and handover these documents to QADKAM lawyer, who will prepare your work permit application FREE of cost. Once a work permit application is submitted to Immigration Department, DP10 section…you can track it’s status online.

Remember: Every work permit sticker contains the “Address” of the company. So, applying work permit without having “Physical Office” may lead to “Rejection”. Follow simple procedure and settle in Malaysia without any problem!
      Cheers!

    • admin says:

Jahirul>>Works Permits are always issued to Employees or to the Management of the company. Only your genuine employer can apply DP10 work permit provided that your per month Salary is minimum RM5000. To find a such job is very difficult. So, the best and easiest option remains, register your company in Malaysia and apply work permit as your own company Director.

    dear sir,

my friend told me that every month should pay tax..is it correct?

    pls reply,tq.

    • admin says:

Thaj>> Tax payment depends on your Salary. Furthermore, if you are also one of the Director/Shareholders of the company then you also need to pay the taxes of your company as well. Immigration will check from LHDN (tax department) that how much your company and you, have paid the taxes to the Government.
You may contact to any Accountant Firm or to your company secretary for further assistance.

  • Kazim says:

    Hi,

I’m a commercial and corporate photographer based in Pakistan. I’ve been doing some research lately to go abroad. There is a visa in UAE known as Freelance License (for a specific category) in which I can go there and work as a freelance and not under the payroll of any company. It is like a freelance business which does not necassary require any office. A virtual office can do as well.

Can you please guide me if there is a similar category visa in Malaysia as the scope of photographers is wide in Malaysia and I plan to come there with my wife and work my living there. I have done the research for MM2H but the investment in it is too big for someone like me.

    • admin says:

Kazim>> There is no such Freelance visa category in Malaysia. No doubt MM2H visa is very expensive. But the most easiest way to settle in Malaysia is, register your company in Malaysia and then apply work permit as Company Director. QADKAM may assist you in registering company with 1 Million paid up capital which is the main requirement set by Immigration department. One of the QADKAM consultants has already sent you an email. Please check your email inbox.

Sharif》》Good to hear that you are already in Malaysia. It is very easy and simple to settle in Malaysia provided that you follow the rules set byimmigration department. But if you engage with “Flying Agents” (these may be from your own home country who may speak your language.).These agents are neither “Company Secretary” nor Lawyers but these
agents claim that they can do everything. So be careful from such agents.
Now, simply set an appointment by calling QADKAM office at 0342870498 or 0392875120 or call on mobile at 0102985120 for immediate assistance. What would be the total cost to register a company in Malaysia to get the professional visa as company director or DP10? Do i have to bring RM500,000 to Malaysia or is there any other way to show? Can i work in any other company after getting DP10 visa if my skills match with other companies requirements? Could you please provide details. It would be a great help. Thank you very much.

    Asalaam – o – Alaikum
    i am from Pakistan.
i want to ask few questions regarding the registration of a company in malaysia
is it possible to register a company with an amount of pkr 500,000 to 10,00,000? (which is around 15000 to 30000 RM)
some one is saying me that we can register with this amount?
and then we can get a professional visa for 2 years.
    THIS IS POSSIBLE?

  • shahzad says:

    Sir,
Without company registration can i get DP10 visa.
the next month i going to malaysia on visit pass so it is possibile to get DP10 visa & then xchnage my visit pass to DP10 in Malaysia.

    thanks

    • admin says:

Shahzad>>Without company registration you can get DP10 visa, only if you get a job with a minimum salary of RM5000 per month…which is very difficult. And if you try to buy through any “Flying Agent”….when you are caught by the immigration police…you will be deported back to your country…because…every work permit sticker contains “Physical Address” of the company where you work. And if you buy such visa..it means you are not genuine employee of the company. Be very careful for such action. The only solution is…Register your company and then apply DP10 visa as “Company Director”. QADKAM may assist you to register a company with RM1 Million Paid UP capital…and will prepare your work permit application FREE of charge. You may contact QADKAM for further assistance.

    Hello !!

This is Syed Abbas Ali from Pakistan with more than 3 years Dubai Financial Capital Market work experience and 5 years of Pakistani Financial Capital Market experience at Managerial Level.

I have applied in Malaysian company via email from Pakistan couple of weeks back, they replied and short list my name for the (Sales/ Marketing Manager) interview and fixed the time in 2 days, obviously that was not possible for me to get the Malaysian Visit Visa in such short time so i missed that opportunity.

    My Question is :
    1. should i personally visit Malaysia and apply for job then that particular company will apply my work permit ?
    2. if company is applying for the candidate work permit, they charge that amount from candidate ?
    3. after the job confirmation with handsome salary, can we sponsor our family to bring them to Malaysia ?
    4. I heard from my friend that at the Malaysian Airport at the immigration counter, if they ask the reason to visit Malaysia – if you answer that you came to hunt the job they will not allow you to enter in Malaysia ?? is it true ?

I will be very thankful to you, if you reply my answers here or inbox me .

    thanks,

Ali>> Work Permits are always applied by the company for it’s employees. You cannot apply individually. So, once you are confirmed with any Malaysian company (which has a prescribed “Paid Up capital”) and the Employer company is willing to pay you RM5000/per month minimum Salary, then your Dependents (Wife, Children under 21, and parents) are automatically entitled for “Dependent Pass”.

But be careful, now a days there are many scams regarding Job Offers. Many Nigerian do such scams. They send emails to international applicants and ask them to pay a sum of amount for visa/work permit processing. In fact, the big companies NEVER ask for payments from prospective job seekers. Even Malaysian Immigration Department NEVER send emails to pay the immigration fee.

On air port, you MUST answer according to the visa which you hold. If you are coming to Malaysia on Tourist/Social Pass, how a tourist can obtain a visa for Job seeking. It means you obtain the visa from Malaysian embassy by making false statement that you are going to Malaysia for Tourism. So, never say anything which contravene the visa category you hold.

To Sponsor the family, the Salary MUST be RM5000/per month (minimum).

If you cannot find such job, then the best options is Register your Company in Malaysia and then apply work permit as Company Director. For this, you may contact QADKAM Sdn Bhd, Malaysia.

The best and easiest way to settle in Malaysia is, register your company and get assistance from QADKAM professionals to show the Paid Up capital (at least RM1 Million CASH for India, Iran, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Pakistan nationals). Then get an office on rent. QADKAM real estate agent may also help you in finding a reasonable office/cheap office on rent. And then…that’s all. Once you have a “Company with RM1 Million Paid Up capital”, Office with phone line and business permission, the NO NEED TO GO TO ANY FLYING AGENT. You simply need to bring all necessary required documents to QADKAM office. QADKAM professionals will prepare your work permit application FREE of COST. Once your work permit is submitted to Immigration Office, you can track it’s status online on official Immigration Department website and once it is approved, you are now entitled to bring your wife, children (under 21 years) and parents on this category of work permit (DP10). Hiii,
    i
want to know the complete procedure how to get the work visa, i am originally from Pakistan but now i am planning to go Malaysia on social pass visit ,how i can get work permit ,to work in Malaysia ,if your company can assistance to get work permit, so please advice me in regards

    • admin says:

Shoaib>> If you are saved from “Flying Agents” and don’t involve and waste your time with such agents, you can easily settle in Malaysia. Only problem starts when the foreigners (Mostly from Pakistan and Iran) they meet such “Flying Agents” (as most of the “Flying Agents” are from these 2 countries) and try fix it by using “short cuts”. Such “flying Agents” make very attractive promises and misguide the foreigners.
To be saved from Flying, simply follow following procedure:
Ask the person/company to show the proof, whether they are licensed Company Secretary or not! You can check this from any company which they have incorporated before. Ask them to show the documents of any company which they have incorporated before this..and then see what is written on “{Documents Lodged By:}“ a space provided on bottom of Form24 or Form49 of EVERY COMPANY in Malaysia.

After registering Malaysian company, you may apply your Work Permits (Expatriate Work Permit/DP10). Once your company is registered with “Paid Up Capital”, then you may come to Malaysia to find a “Physical Office/Shop” to start your business in Malaysia. It’s very simple and easy….Just follow the guidelines of Immigration Department….After company registration, find the office on reasonable rent. QADKAM‘s real estate agent may assist you in finding reasonable/cheap office on rent. Once you have arranged the office, make the tenancy agreement of your office under your company name. Then apply Phone line (which you get in just 2 or 3 days). After phone line installation, simply go to the “Local Council” of the area where you have got the office on rent and tell them you want to get the “License Pejabat Urusan” or Sign Board License”. You may get this permission in just 5 o 6 7 working days. QADKAM professional staff may assist to fill up the necessary forms and may assist to get such license/permission in more speedy way. AND THAT’S ALL…..now simply bring all these papers to QADKAM Office, and QADKAM‘s professional consultants/lawyers will prepare your “Work Permit” application FREE of Charge. No stress…no worries…just follow the easiest guidelines of Immigration Department by hiring professionals…not the “Flying Agents”.!

    Sir ,

In next few months I am coming to Malaysia on visit visa from pakistan. Can you help me to get work permit . I don’t wants to meet any flying agent , because I already spent my some time in Malaysia and I got bad experience from one of flying Agent in Malaysia and I Losss my approxmitely 6300 RM in Malaysia already in 2010 year . Can You help me to get freedom Visa of Malaysia or Freedom visa of (KL) state of Malaysia (Work anywhere in Kuala Lumpur)

    MUHAMMAD RABIE

    • admin says:

Rabie>> First remember, there is NO “Free Visa” of Malaysia. Every work permit issued by the Immigration Department is always connected with a certain employer.
You can have freedom of doing business by incorporating your own company in Malaysia and then may apply work permit as your own company’s “Director” which the highest category work permit. Even once qualified, you can apply Permanent Residence of Malaysia after 3 years. Even after having such category work permit, you can bring your immediate family members (wife, children under 21 and parents) under “dependent pass”. It means, just this category of work permit may enable you to bring your love ones together in Malaysia!
      Cheers!

Sir Thanks for reply me and I have been read your e-mail sent by Qadkam on my personol E-mail address. I Don’t have huge amount to Open my Company in Malaysia and I can not afford Expense of DP10 Visa . Can you help me when I will be in Malaysia on Visit Visa to get work permit visa of any Company Becuase When I was in Malaysia before 2 & 1/2 Years . I see many Pakistani’s , Indain’s Bangladesh and Nepal’s people have work permit of Different Companies in Different Sectors like (Plantation,Garden worker,Manfacturing,Construction,Outsource,Generel Worker) and they works anywhere in Malaysia but their own risk I also know whenever they will caught by Police , Immigration Police ,DBKL Authority . their company Director or Any body will not come to release from Police , Immigration Police ,DBKL Authority My Purpose of asking from you only this Do you offer such types of work permit . I listen from the people If you get General worker or Out Source Visa of any State of Malaysia like Kuala Lumpur you Can work any anywhere in Kuala Lumpur

And Give me patent information Can I Change my visit visa into Work Visa When I will be in Malaysia on Visit Visa Becasue Some people said Your visa can be Changed when you are in Malaysia on visit visa and other side some people said Your Visa can’t be changed You need to Go back to your home Country and get Calling letter in your home country from your company and come to Malaysia on Calling Visa.

        Regard’s

        MUHAMMAD RABIE PAKISTAN

        • admin says:

          Rabie>>,

Please have in mind. You can NOT apply “General Category” work permit while within Malaysia. If you come on visit visa again and try to get the “General Category Work Permit” (plantation, construction etc…), you will get nothing…just the sweet promises of “Flying Agents”!. Who ever claims, may cheat you. There is NO SYSTEM of immigration department to lodge the general category work permit application in the computer system when the applicant is within Malaysia.

Only DP10 category of work permit can be applied while you are here in Malaysia and once DP10 category work permit is approved, you can change your “Social Pass (visit visa) into “Expatriate Employment Pass” (DP10).
You can apply DP10 only, if you have your own company or you get a job in a company which has prescribed paid up capital and pays you minimum RM5000/per month salary (it is very difficult to find a such genuine job!). So the easiest way is, register your own company and apply DP10 work permit as “Company Director”.

          Cheers!

    Dear Sir,

One of my very close friend who already has a registered company in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia has offered me a visa of his own company as a Director. I am planing to come to Malaysia this month on a visit visa for this purpose. Please let me know is this a proper way to come to Malaysia and if YES then what will be the total cost and duration to get the visa. Hope to hear from you soon.

    Thanks & Regards,

    Khalid

    • admin says:

Khalid>> Be careful…First see your friend’s passport and check his visa status in Malaysia. If he does not has his own visa from his own company how he can give you visa? 2nd…To get work permit from a company is NOT so easy. The Immigration Department will consider many things before approving work permit. It depends on “How much the paid up capital of the company is?” How many local Directors are in the company?Does company has WRT license?Does the company has the “Local Council License”?”How many Work Permits already issued to the said company”? These are most important questions while decision is being made by the Immigration Department to issue the work permit. So, It’s beeter you contact with QADKAM Sdn Bhd lawyers before taking any step or investing in existing company.
      Cheers!

get the Spouse Visa if your marriage is registered in Malaysia. It may cost you around RM3000 to RM5000 in total including endorsement by Immigration Department to work any where.

You may contact QADKAM Sdn Bhd Kuala Lumpur office for further assistance.

Can a Malaysian local company that has the status of Enterprises (not Sdn Bhd) can hire foreign employees?

    • admin says:

Thiva>> No, according to Immigration policy for Malaysians, only the “Companies” with at least RM250,000 PAID UP CAPITAL (whose owners (Directors) are totally Malaysians) may hire foreigner workers. An enterprise is NOT entitled to hire foreign workers.

    • admin says:

Thiva>> NO. To employ Foreigners, it MUST be a “Company” (Sdn Bhd or Bhd) with minimum RM500,000 PAID UP capital.

    • admin says:

Ankit>>If you follow the simple procedure, work permit is 100% assured. No need to hire any “Flying Agent”. Simply incorporate a company (with RM1 Million Paid UP capital) and arrange a physical office (a cheap one you can get in RM600/per month to onward) and apply work permit as a “Company Director”. Such Work Permit is called “Professional Pass” or DP10 visa.

sir..i wan to work in malaysia. how much possibl work permit price if i wan to work in malaysia? i hav 10 friend from pakistan to work…please sir give a price reply in every work sector..

    • admin says:

Momin>> Work Permits are always issued to “Employees” or to the “Management” of the company. But if you BUY work permit from any agent, it may drag you in trouble. because, every Work Permit sticker has the “Employer/Company name” , “Address” and “Designation”. Just imagine…if immigration police stop you on any check point and immigration officer asks your visa status. Definitely, you will show him your passport. What if the police/immigration officer ask you to call your employer and ask your employer to come and take you from police station. Do you believe.. your “Employer” will know/recognize) you? OR he will come to police station to take you? I assume nobody will be coming to police station to take you from police custody. Employer will never come because you bought the work permit through “Flying Agent”…you were NOT a genuine employee so the employer will never confirm your employment status even no employer can confirm your status because to confirm, he will be required to show your salary slips, tax deduction etc…So such situation will result in detention in jail followed by the Deportation back to your home country. It means that such Work Permit are valid only until you are not caught by the immigration. And when you are caught, such Work Permits are remain just a useless stickers! May be you can come and go out of Malaysia by using such work permits, but once caught and any immigration officer wants to confirm your employment status, then you will be in trouble!

Even, in these days there many “Flying Agents” who offer “Professional Work Permits” as “Company Director”. These work permits are more dangerous. Because Flying Agents get such work permits by showing you a Director/Shareholder in a Malaysian company. Most of the cases, you will never know that in which company you are “Director/Shareholder” and what business your company is doing? And just imagine…You buy such work permit and start staying in Malaysia and then…one day, you are coming very happily back to your home country and you go to Kuala Lumpur International Airport to take flight to go back to your home country. When you reach Immigration counter and present your passport to the officer…suddenly officer inform you that “Hello Mr…YOU ARE A DIRECTOR OF A COMPANY WHICH HAS GONE BANKRUPT OR HAS DONE SOME FRAUD…SO YOU CANNOT GO BACK TO YOUR HOME COUNTRY WITHOUT POLICE INVESTIGATIONS OR PAYBACK THE BANK LOAN WHICH YOUR COMPANY HAS TAKEN AND NOW UNABLE TO PAYBACK” Because, according to SSM ACT 1965, you are equally responsible for your company’s dealing if you are Director of a company.

So, please be careful from “Flying Agents” who offer such permits just for money. They never think that what will be happening to innocent foreigner. One more thing…most of the ‘Flying Agents’ always cheat the people who are from their own home country.

So the best way to get Malaysian Work Permit is; find a job and then your employer will apply your work permit. OR register your own company in Malaysia and apply work permit as Company Director. If you want to register your company in Malaysia, QADKAM Sdn Bhd may assist you to apply Work Permit as Company Director.
      Cheers!

  • Amir says:

Could you please send me information and cost of applying for the directors visa. I have already set up a limited company now I want to apply for this visa.

    • admin says:

Please check Form 24 (page 3) and see Section “D”. If there is clearly written that “the total issued capital of the company now stands at 500,000 shares of RM1.00 each and the Paid Up capital is RM 500,000.” and…
If the Form 24 (page 3) section “D” bears the exact words of Paid UP capital RM 500,000 than you can apply work permit on your company.

BUT if it bears only in Section “B” that “Authorized Capital” is RM 500,000 but on section “D” it is written ONLY RM 2 or RM 5 or RM 10 or RM 50 or any other amount less than exactly RM 500000 then it clearly means that you CAN NOT apply work permit on that company.

If you are not being cheated by any “Flying Agent” and the company is really Incorporated with above mention words of RM500000, then you may apply work permit on this company because Immigration Department requires company with PAID UP CAPITAL of RM 500,000 not ONLY with AUTHORIZED CAPITAL.

Paid Up capital means “CASH” and Authorized Capital means NOTHING..just an assessment!

Please contact directly to QADKAM Sdn Bhd for full assistance.

I am an Indian aged 45. I want to apply Professional Work Permit. How much does it cost and please let k=me know how long it may take to get Work Permit? Thanks in advace.

    • admin says:

Please visit MalaysianOffice to read carefully to understand where this detail appears. Simply..Section “D” of Form 24 (page 3) of Compnaies Commisison of Malaysia clearly states that how much the capital is FULLY PAID UP. If in this section your PAID UP CAPITAL is minimum RM500,000 written the you may apply work permit. be careful…if the RM 500,000 is mentioned ONLY in Section “B” of Form 24
(Page 3) then it means it is ONLY AUTHORIZED CAPITAL. BUT for work permit it MUST be mentioned also in Section “D“.

You may contact me directly at: info@qadkam.com to get proper guidelines.

    • Arthur says:

Getting a work permit in malaysia isn’t that easy, you need to undergo few months of processing maybe 2-3months. Depending on how fast your company representative will do their job and also consider the gov agencies in malaysia how fast they will process such application. It may take several months…
